Tekla Tedds Fundamentals

By completing this self-paced eLearning course, learners have been introduced to the key features of Tekla Tedds, allowing them to start using the program quickly and efficiently. Learners started this course in Tedds, learning the basics of accessing and running standard structural and civil engineering calculations from the vast Tedds Engineering Library, and how to collate them into Projects. They then moved on to Tedds for Word, where they learned the processes and techniques to create complete report documents that contain multiple calculations, as well as the basics of how to start writing their own calculations, using the combined powers of Tekla Tedds and Microsoft Word. Through completion of this course, this learner has demonstrated their understanding of how to: - Open Tekla Tedds and select the mode they want to use - Find and use Tedds library calculations - Build up Tedds Projects - Send Tedds documents to Tedds for Word - Create Tedds for Word documents - Modify Tedds library calculation output - Structure documents with multiple calculations - Build report documents, including front covers and contents pages - Write basic calculations - Predefine variables for use in subsequent Tedds calculations - Link Tedds calculations together - Use the powerful 2D Analysis calculation - Perform batch designs utilizing Microsoft Excel It is expected to have taken this learner approximately 8 hours to complete this course and supporting material. All learners must successfully pass a test at the end of this course in order to gain this certification.
