Tekla Structures Rebar Fundamentals

This certification assessment consists of a test and modeling assignment. In order to obtain this certification, learners must successfully complete two assessments. The first requires achieving an 85% success rate on a test evaluating comprehension of fundamental concepts and principles in rebar detailing. The second part requires a 100% success rate on a hands-on modeling task, assessing practical skills for reinforcing a basic structure. Learners may have completed, though not necessarily, the 'Rebar Fundamentals course—a self-paced e-learning consisting of 29 lessons with an approximate duration of 15 hours. Additionally, an estimated 2 hours would be required to fulfill the modeling assignment necessary for obtaining this certification. Those with a stronger grasp of our products can opt to pursue certification directly without completing the Tekla Structures Rebar Fundamentals course. However, please note that if unsuccessful after three attempts, access to the certification will be temporarily restricted for four days. Learners obtaining this certification have proficiency in: - Using rebar sets and or system components to reinforce footings and columns by creating crossing rebars, including techniques such as incorporating splitters, modifying spacings using property modifiers, distributing bars within a rebar set, and adding end detail modifiers. - Implementing reinforcement techniques for panels and walls, including the creation of longitudinal rebars, installation of starter bars using end details, and direct modification methods. - Detailing pours, reinforcing pour objects and different shaped pours as well as adding leg faces. - Reinforcing slabs using pours and rebar sets. - How to create reinforcement with system components. - Exporting rebar data by creating organizer reports, general arrangement drawings, as well as rebar marks in drawings and exporting to BVBS.
